Lokring is a dishonest and shady company that doesn't appreciate their employees, they have no insurance and no retirement contribution for a year, according to a former employee at glassdoor.com

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"Some of the worst management in any company. The building is dated and the CEO is a tyranical fool who listens to no one, throws fits like a child and is single handedly dooming the business he inherited as a 3rd gen owner. He fires people on a whim, has no idea the needs of the plant or it's people and blindly makes investment decisions without any concern for the impact. Likely to close it's doors in <5 years."
Former Employee - Outside Sales Representative says"Working with distributors that truly don’t care about the people that work for them. They are quick to point the finger at everybody else and convince themselves that it’s never their fault. -You will be micromanaged. -You will build up a territory that will be slowly taken away from you once residuals are coming in. -You will be told that you have a voice and it matters, but it really doesn’t. -You will go home depressed and your family will hate hearing about how terrible Lokring is. -You will regret working for Lokring. -When you leave. It will be your fault no matter what."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"The biggest problem with this company is top Management in my opinion. They chew through positions from middle managers, receptionists, accountants and shop floor staff like crazy and have for years in my opinion. I've seen it all, while I was employed and was a key person within the organization. Unfortunately, after all the training and modelling from the largest fitting manufacturer in the world they never taught Lokring management how to retain or treat people really well."

says"Terrible backstabbing. Take advantage of people at every turn. Look down on everyone and laugh about it. Always scheming. Decades of turnover issues that is well noticed in the industry. You will get associated with the culture by people outside the company. It is everyone else’s fault."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"This company nickel and dime the employees, unless you are management. The owner condones employees BULLYING by supervisors and some managers. You will regret accepting a job here. I finally got the courage to walk out one day after being bullied everyday by my supervisor."

CNC Machinist (Former Employee) says"Management is fake a lot of the workers on the floor are very jealous and envy of other workers and everyone looks to backstab each other broke people"
Manager (Former Employee) says"I worked for this company for a few years. The owner micro-managed every part of the business. It was not a good place to work because of this guy. It unfortunate because the product they make is great. The owner had serious issues with control. I know he chews through middle managers as they last a couple years and then either quit or he fires them. This is not a long term place to grow.Competitive wages. Nice building, fairly clean.Owner is to be desired."
Anonymous (Current Employee) says"Terrible company culture, constant blaming and finger pointing. Most of the employees are good, hard working people. Management on the other hand is unreasonable and very lazy. They set a terrible example for all the employees.Management"
